Not only would they be able to go straight to that route if they chose, but they would have a negotiating advantage should they choose to spend some segment of their career path inside an established company for a specific goal, And when the time arrives for most to focus on their childrem, they will be secure in their ability to control their future, as well as eventually introducing their childrem to their world of independence.
