My son, who´s just under 6 feet tall, is holding two yardsticks
stacked to show that the approximate height of the hedge is not much
different than the six foot limit.

The grass may be long but it certainly does not
"exceed 8 inches in height"
The court was not interested in my pictures though they admitted the
prosecution´s photos as evidence. I did succeed in using them to
demonstrate that the prosecution´s photos had no adequate way of
showing the height of the grass. For the hedge determination they
insisted my foundation plantings were part of the hedge and compared
them to roof height... as if the foundation of my house was in need of
privacy, since that is the function of a "hedge".
